Refund policy

We hope that you will enjoy the sweets that you have purchased. If there is a problem with any of the products you received or you received damaged goods, please contact us within 5 days after you received the order by using WhatsApp +962797300690 providing your order number, photos, and details of the problem.
If applicable and you are located in Jordan, we will arrange a replacement of the product free of charge. If you are located outside Jordan, we will refund your payment.
If you received damaged goods, please don’t throw away the shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims for damaged goods or items can’t be filed.

Cancellation of your order
You are able to cancel your order till the moment we have handed it over to the courier.
If you want to cancel your order, you have to send an email to from your verified email, indicating the order number that you would like to cancel.
If the order is not shipped, and you have already paid for it, there will be a full refund only if you request a cancellation before your order has been handed over to the courier.
If the order was picked up by the courier, we will try our best to cancel the order; in this case, we will have to charge you the shipping cost.
