With the experience inherited by generations in the field of sweets, Hashem Affouri was founded in Ma'an in southern Jordan in 1996. That's where the story started.

When Hashem Affouri was heading south to establish a sweets shop, he stopped in Ma'an city for rest and prayed in the Grand Mosque of Ma'an.

He was then invited by one of Ma'an's sons to lunch without prior knowledge. He met some of the city's residents, who were touched by his chivalry, generosity, authenticity, and hospitality, and they decided to set up his project in Ma'an City.

The project started with a limited area of only 150 square meters, now Hashem Affaouri's sweets are occupying more than 1000 square meters.

Hashem Affaouri's sweets serve in an area that spans southern Jordan and reaches the border cities of Saudi Arabia, relying on the taste of its authentic products, and working hard to develop and innovate, while maintaining quality and choosing the best ingredients.
